The title does it justice. If you want to get healthy as can be, this is the right book. Very informative and accurate but I must say I found it somewhat extreme.

This is a black and white book about overcoming cancer with a vegan diet and exercise. Those curious about veganism might find it interesting; those who have been vegan for a while may appreciate the reminders. That said, there are better books about the vegan lifestyle. Even the Idiot's Guide would have more visual appeal for the reader.
